Julia Albin-Berner
FOUNDER | WEALTH OPERATIONS SPECIALIST | TRUSTED SUPPORT
Julia Albin-Berner founded Sidecar Solutions to bring a more personal, practical approach to wealth operations. With years of experience managing complex investment data across private equity, venture capital, real estate, crypto, and traditional portfolios, Julia understands both the systems behind the numbers and the people who rely on them.
She built Sidecar to provide the hands-on operational support that often falls between what a family can manage themselves and what an existing family office or advisor has capacity to handle. Before founding Sidecar, Julia led investment reporting and operational oversight at Transcend Wealth Partners, supporting ultra-high-net-worth families and working across complex private portfolios.
That experience shaped Sidecar's approach: work alongside the people already involved, fit into existing structures, and take responsibility for the details without taking control. Julia is known for her calm, thoughtful approach and her ability to anticipate what needs attention before it becomes a problem. She believes good operations should make life easier, not create another layer to manage.
Julia lives in the town of Sonoma with her husband, young daughter, and two golden retrievers, Gus Pancake and Carrot.

Jennifer Richardson

Jennifer Richardson founded Richardson Leadership Solutions to help families and leaders navigate the complexities of wealth, legacy, and leadership with clarity and confidence. A trusted advisor and coach, she works with family members and executives to strengthen communication, guide transitions, and build lasting, values-based legacies.
Before launching her own firm, Jennifer built and led the Forge Community, connecting more than 1,900 family office professionals through peer groups, master classes, and collaborative learning. Her earlier career included leadership roles at Hewlett Packard, WebMD, and Carlson, spanning strategy, operations, and business development.
Jennifer is a Certified Professional Coach (iPEC) and holds an ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She’s also the founder and president of the Miracle League North Bay, a nonprofit creating inclusive spaces for children and families with disabilities. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, exploring real estate, and bringing people together for meaningful conversation.
Michelle Young

Michelle Young has spent more than 25 years helping families manage the complexities of wealth with clarity and confidence. A trusted advisor and experienced operator, she guides clients through everything from investment management to governance and family dynamics—balancing strategy with a deeply personal understanding of what matters most.
Michelle was the co-founder of Transcend Wealth Partners, a boutique multi-family office, and previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Ohana Advisors, where she also sat on the firm’s Investment Committee. Fluent in Spanish, she holds a B.S. in Finance from Sonoma State University and is a Certified Financial Planner®.
Grounded, approachable, and thoughtful, Michelle is passionate about her family, the outdoors, and mentoring women in leadership and professional growth.
